Requirements

  • Education & Licensure
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Active Washington State nursing license (LPN or RN).
  • BLS certification (or must obtain within 90 days of hire).
  • Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) dispensary is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with medication inventory systems and dosing protocols.
  • Background in behavioral health or mental health care is a plus.
  • Additional Requirements
  • At least 1 year of direct patient care experience in a clinical setting.
  • Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively with diverse populations.

WCDC seeks to renew hope and purpose for those battling opioid use by removing barriers, providing a holistic approach to recovery, and utilizing evidence-based treatment to restore healthy living. Our top priority is to provide the highest levels of patient-centered care to those we serve. WCDC is an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) facility using FDA approved medication paired with behavioral health counseling. Our individual service plans are built around patients in a supportive, safe environment to create a personalized pathway to recovery. In addition to recovery, we also offer planned patient transportation and family and social support. Position Summary The Mobile Dispensary Nurse plays a critical role in WeCare Daily Clinics' mission to deliver compassionate, member-centered opioid treatment directly to communities. Working aboard mobile units, this position ensures the safe and efficient dispensing of medication, maintains regulatory compliance, and supports daily clinical operations.
