Your mission Organize, distribute and track event project plans: ensuring the tasks are followed up and delivered in time and region counterparts are hold accountable Ensure event tasks and tracking are accurate and up to date Work well and collaboratively across functions including marketing project management, regional marketing, and other marketing teams Support the team with end-to-end events execution excellence, including run-of-show, venue/showroom operations, sample/VM readiness, IT set-up, staffing, and others Your story Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications or a related field (prior internship experience in events/marketing is a plus) A self-starting, hands-on mindset. You are organized enough to manage your own projects A true team player who is solution-oriented and thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments You have the ability and enjoy driving work forward and solving ambiguous problems
