- Lead end-to-end implementations from requirements to deployment
- Provide hands-on configuration expertise (business processes, security framework, calculated fields, reporting)
- Oversee tenant strategy, release management, and bi-annual updates
- Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize system performance
- Team Coaching & Mentorship
- Coach and mentor 3 Project Managers to develop their technical capabilities and strategic thinking
- Elevate team expertise through hands-on mentorship, workshops, and knowledge sharing
- Build frameworks and standards that enable autonomous decision-making
- Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
- Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner with People Product team to translate People strategy into technology solutions
- Manage vendor relationships (Workday, Sana, PeopleDoc) and influence product roadmaps
- Champion user-first thinking and drive simplification initiatives
