Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and resolve project specifications and technical issues through collaboration with clients, consultants, project teams, and subcontractors
• Coordinate architectural drawings by preparing, submitting, and updating shop drawings to support project progress
• Manage material requisition, schedule work activities, control project costs, and supervise site operations to ensure smooth and timely progress
• Enforce quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout project execution
• Supervise on-site activities and coordinate effectively with subcontractors to maintain workflow and resolve issues
• Required competencies and certifications
• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience supervising architectural works
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Ability to lead teams and work independently
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels and foster teamwork
