Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1. investigating and diagnosing maintenance and repair problems, evaluating work orders, conducting building and site inspections, and proposing cost-effective solutions. 2. Acting as a liaison, developing and presenting technical and non-technical information, and maintaining good working relations with clients, engineers, technicians, and management.
