Chemours is seeking a Customer Excellence Representative to join our growing Titanium Technologies team. This position will be available at the Chemours Kallo site, Ketenislaan 1 - B-9130 Kallo and report directly to the Customer Excellence Supervisor. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: Acts as primary customer interface for important external customers, distributors, potential customers and other roles internal to the business. Pro-actively interacts with customers for notification of late orders due to product availability, transportation issues Interacts with broader internal network to ensure that the customers' requirements are understood and commitments are met. Receives and processes all types of customer orders including complex and/or export orders. Responsible for inquiry & order handling process from beginning to end (E2E OTC) Is responsible for management of consignment stock: consignment fill-up, inventory management, invoicing, count, reconciliation Processes customer complaints and returns according to Complaint Management process and return policies. Recognizes when additional information is needed for complete complaint analysis. Performs quality control checks and takes subsequent corrective actions. Actively monitors open orders to ensure that deliveries arrive at the customer on time, as committed. Follows desk procedures/policies in compliance with QS 9000, ISO and/or other Quality System requirements. Is able to provide backup coverage for other team members The following is required for this role: Bachelor/master's degree in Languages or Logistics Management or equivalent through experience 3 - 5 year experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Excellence/Service MS Office knowledge Language skills: fluent in English and Dutch. Any other language is a plus The following is preferred for this role: Experience in the chemical industry Knowledge of customs procedures (export)
