About the role
Our Global Business Development team is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager to support Esri's enterprise customer strategy through the execution of globally consistent, scalable programs. - Contribute to business impact. Support initiatives and change management efforts that drive customer acquisition, acceleration, and pipeline growth by coordinating enterprise programs, sales motions, and cross‑divisional engagement efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, go‑to‑market operations, sales operations, or a related role within a mid‑to‑large scale software or technology sales organization
- Experience supporting enterprise‑level or cross‑functional programs involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and dependencies across concurrent initiatives
- Experience analyzing data, tracking metrics, and translating insights into clear updates and recommendations
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal teams and leadership
- Solid understanding of sales methodologies, sales processes, and customer engagement practices, with exposure to enterprise sales motions and program‑based selling.
