- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Product, Data Science, Grwoth Marketing, Merchandising and Category teams to ensure growth programs are technically sound, data-backed, and aligned with broader business priorities.
- Build for Scale: Operate at scale by driving implementation of systemic & product-led solutions that improve customer and seller experience. Design and manage feedback loops from Operations, Business and Suppliers to key technology teams.
