Responsibilities
- Coordinate project delivery activities for assigned work, supporting planning through construction.

- Assist with coordination between stakeholders (design teams, contractors, client staff, and third parties).
- Support procurement and contract administration documentation as needed for project execution.
- Assist with project closeout activities, including punchlist coordination and closeout documentation tracking.
- Perform other duties as directed by Senior Project Managers/OARs or Project Engineers.
Requirements
- Required Experience
- Eight (8) years of full-time paid professional experience in a similar or equivalent role involving project or construction management of commercial and/or public or educational facility construction projects with values in excess of $15M.
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation and coordination processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate logs, and communicate professionally with stakeholders.
- Required Education
- Graduation from a recognized college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Substitution: Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis, provided the candidate has high school graduation or equivalent.
- Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Experience with LEED certified projects and/or CHPS (Collaborative for High Performing Schools)
- Experience with DSA (Division of the State Architect) construction/design process
- Working Hours & Location: Full-time, exempt role with standard business hours. In addition, this is an onsite position, and Monday - Friday in Los Angeles, CA .
- Compensation Range: $104,000 - $114,400 annually; Eligible for Bonus
