Job Description/Preferred Qualifications Read, learn, understand, and interpret drawing/blueprints and work instructions, and other instructions written or verbal, to complete crating of tools / products or components according to established guidelines and quality standards. Manage inventory following established guidelines and procedures including labeling and locating parts, picking parts from appropriate locations specified and recording and communicating inventory levels. Maintain a clean and organized work area, workplace safety, and maintain all equipment according to maintenance plans and established procedures. Help customers resolve shipment issues and complaints when they arise. Maintain shipment paperwork, records, and digital databases and perform additional administrative, clerical, or managerial duties as requested. Support internal and other relevant departments (e.g. Planners and productions) to ensure all orders are fulfilled on time. The need to co-ordinate with CM to perform GR; co-ordinate with traffic and third-party warehouse to re-label shipment and release to forwarders for shipment arrangement. Fulfill orders by packaging necessary materials and preparing them for shipment Identifying and locating the right products during the shipping process Recording inventory status and making sure deliveries properly match work orders. Collaborating with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products Practice problem solving and troubleshooting techniques as part of a team responsible for realizing continuous improvement to products and processes. Require supporting operations during weekends and public holidays Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior. Forklift Operation certification required.
