Drop Ship Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage vendor performance to ensure service levels meet QVC/HSN standards.
• Review reports and performance data to identify trends, set expectations, and determine next steps.
• Work directly with vendors to improve performance , recommend solutions, and confirm actions are completed.
• Investigate delayed or problem orders , identify root causes, and partner with Customer Service when needed.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Customer Care, Planning, and vendors to keep operations aligned with business goals.
• Communicate vendor, carrier, system, and customer issues to leadership, and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Support vendor and item setup, reporting, and special projects to improve the customer experience and control logistics costs.
• What You Bring:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
• 3-5 years of experience preferred in eCommerce distribution, transportation, or customer contact operations
• Vendor management experience in an eCommerce environment is strongly preferred

Where You'll Work: This role is remote and job seekers must reside in one of the following states PA, NJ, or DE to be considered. This role requires you to be on site at our West Chester, PA location as needed.
