Job Description We are seeking a professional to provide a comprehensive range of corporate secretarial services, including company incorporation, changes in company officers, and share transfers. Key responsibilities for WLP Accounting will include: - Managing ACRA (Annual Return, Return of Allotment, Appointment of Officers, etc) & IRAS (GST Registration, GST de-registration etc) submissions - Drafting resolutions for Directors/Shareholders, as well as minutes for Extraordinary/Annual General Meetings, statutory forms, and other related corporate secretarial documents - Ensuring that statutory records and secretarial files are accurately maintained and up-to-date - Onboarding new clients and conducting ongoing monitoring, including performing client due diligence checks / KYC / AML etc. - To handle work pass application for clients' expatriate staff - Assisting with various corporate and ad-hoc tasks as required Key responsibilities for WLP Academy will include: - Being responsible for external liaison with government agencies - Being the key coordinator of the SSG system maintenance process - Maintaining and updating system procedures, policies, and work instructions to uphold integrity of the Training Provider's Systems and Capabilities - Optimizing processes by identifying needs for improvement - Ensuring overall requirements as SSG-Funded Training Provider are implemented and maintained - Monitoring creation of course runs and learner profiles on Training Partners Gateway - Monitoring accounts in the Learning Management System (LMS) for new learners - Liaising with the Trainers to coordinate and plan course schedules. - Monitor that Admin maintains accurate records of training courses and feedback forms, new learner induction. - Undertake any other duties or projects as and when assigned
