Your core responsibility will be to lead sales initiatives that drive top-of-funnel activity. As one of the earliest members of a rapidly growing organization, you'll play a pivotal role in building and shaping our outbound function from the ground up. In your day-to-day, you'll engage with senior legal professionals at IP law firms and in-house IP departments across technology, biotech, and hardware companies of all sizes in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. You'll design and execute creative outbound and nurture campaigns that spark meaningful conversations and develop relationships with potential Patlytics customers. Outbounding in this space requires innovative, personalized approaches to capture interest within a highly specialized industry. Job Responsibilities Prospect, qualify, and generate new outbound opportunities in our target market segments (e.g., Am Law 100 firms, regional law firms, biotech and life sciences, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and hardware companies). Conduct thorough account and persona research and craft creative outreach campaigns using email, LinkedIn, gifting, and other channels. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Patlytics' offerings and market dynamics to effectively position our value propositions in your messaging. Collaborate closely with the sales team to prioritize outreach projects in alignment with broader go-to-market initiatives. Represent the voice of the customer: capture feedback from prospects and share insights with marketing, product, and sales leadership. Maintain and enrich Patlytics' CRM with accurate and up-to-date account and campaign data. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: 1+ years of experience in a sales or related role. Proven success working collaboratively within a professional team environment. Exceptional communication skills-you'll be engaging with senior business professionals and decision-makers (C-suite, partners, etc.). Demonstrated problem-solving ability, ideally in a startup, technology, investing, or consulting context. Creative, ambitious mindset with an eagerness to be an early contributor and team player in a growing sales organization. Deep intellectual curiosity; competitive and driven to achieve goals. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience using CRM systems and prospecting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach.io ). Strong interest in building a long-term career in sales. Why Patlytics Competitive base + uncapped commission + equity in a category-defining AI company. Opportunity to join a rocket ship in the earliest stages of global scale-up. Work directly with leadership, shape sales strategy, and build your own path to management or enterprise leadership.
