Responsibilities
- Plan and run the annual recruitment processes for summer jobs and the graduate program globally

- What you bring
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, HR, behavior science or similar
- Experience within Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding or HR - through internships, projects or previous roles is a plus
- Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English
- Confidence working both independently and in cross-functional teams and with external providers
- Experience working with recruitment systems, branding platforms or event coordination, with Workday experience considered an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shift priorities
- A proactive mindset and fresh ideas to engage Early Career talent

This is a temporary position of approximately 14 months, starting in September 2026, covering a parental leave. Who will you work with You'll be part of the Employer Branding and Early Career team within the Talent Department and report to the Global Employer Branding and Early Career Manager. We are a collaborative and supportive team, working closely with hiring managers, HR partners and our Talent Department colleagues that specialize in Talent Acquisition, Talent and Performance and Learning and Development as well as our Graduate Program Gen B.
