Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily delivery and shipment schedules to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods
- Prepare and process delivery orders, invoices, and other logistics-related documents accurately for smooth operations

- Organisational skills to manage schedules, records, and follow-ups effectively
- Experience in logistics or administration to contribute to operational efficiency
- Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts

- Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm; Sat 8:30am to 12:30pm
- Location: Boon Lay
- Salary: Up to $2800/month
