Business Systems Analyst Consultant - Python/SQL/ETL Design

Requirements

• ETL design and implementation; data modeling, mapping, and validation
• Knowledge of Workday and Workday integrations
• Knowledge of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
• Experience working with HR Talent lines of business including Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Development
• Familiarity with ServiceNow as a demand and incident management platform

• Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
• Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements .
• Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed .
• Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results .
• Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary .

• Base Salary: $55,000.00 - $105,000.00
• Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.

Qualifications (Must-Haves) - Comfortable communicating with vendors and internal service partners - Experience eliciting functional and technical requirements from internal and external stakeholders - Proficient in the Development and Project Life Cycle - Experience working in an Agile environment and within project management platforms such as JIRA - Knowledge of coding languages and other technologies such as, Python, Informatica ETL, SQL, XSLT, XML, and APIs - Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - Experience using collaboration tools such as Outlook, SharePoint, and Confluence
