What will you be doing: Lead the charge in driving rewards and operational excellence, ensuring that all programs and initiatives align with our standards and the organization's overall strategy. Collaborate with other Rewards Managers across the Zone to share best practices and develop a compelling future vision in alignment with the overall Rewards strategy. Provide guidance and support to the HR team, acting as a center of expertise in rewards related topics and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that meet the needs of our workforce in alignment with our culture. Take charge of managing various aspects of compensation and benefits processes. From local benefits to overseeing bonuses, allowances, and communications - you'll be at the helm. Increase awareness of our total compensation package among employees by leading communication campaigns. Be in charge of continuous improvement and identifying automation opportunities for your scope. Vendor relationships are important, and you'll be responsible for managing them effectively, ensuring service levels are maintained while keeping costs under control.
