Content & Programming Lead

About the role

SuperAI is hiring a Content and Programming Lead to own everything related to speakers, programming, and on-stage content across SuperAI. You will define what SuperAI stands for intellectually. This role reports directly to the founders, who has high autonomy and real decision-making power to influence SuperAI's long-term branding and positioning.

Responsibilities

• Speakers
• Define the speaker strategy for SuperAI
• Identify and recruit the most relevant AI founders, researchers, builders, and operators globally
• Filter signal vs noise in inbound speaker applications
• Proactively source the leaders of tomorrow - rising stars
• Manage speaker relationships end-to-end
• Ensure every speaker and session has a clear reason to exist
• Content and Programming
• Define SuperAI's annual content thesis and editorial direction
• Architect the full agenda (keynotes, panels, fireside chats, debates, demos, etc.)
• Craft sharp, opinionated session titles and formats
• Ruthlessly avoid generic, corporate, or "conference-slop" content
• Continuously raise the bar on quality, originality, and relevance
• Understanding the AI Landscape
• Stay deeply plugged into the AI ecosystem (X/Twitter, open-source, research, startups)
• Track real debates: open vs closed, east vs west, agents, infra, scaling, regulation, economics
• Identify rising stars, emerging voices and ideas before they hit the mainstream
• Position SuperAI ahead of where the conversation is going - not behind it
• Background & Requirements:
• Deeply interested in AI and use AI tools daily
• Active on X / Twitter and plugged into real AI discourse
• Comfortable forming strong opinions and defending them
• Intellectually curious, sharp, and allergic to fluff
• Confident reaching out cold and speaking directly to industry leading founders, researchers, and builders
• Experience at an AI startup, lab, or open-source project
• Background in research, engineering, or technical writing
• Experience curating content, communities, or media
• Previous founder or early-stage operator experience
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Hybrid Work Arrangement - Welcome candidates in Hong Kong, Singapore, or other APAC countries.
