Responsibilities

- Required Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant field.
- 3-7 years of experience in Service Management, IT Operations, Infrastructure Services, or Network Services.
- Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and service lifecycle management.
- Experience managing suppliers, vendors, contracts, and governance processes.
- Experience with service portfolio management.
- Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Experience monitoring and improving service performance using KPIs and SLAs.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
