Job Title Division: Heat Treat Oven Loader Operator Division: Weir Esco Location: Newton, Ms. Onsite 2nd Shift, 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm Purpose of Role: The Oven Loader is responsible for supporting heat treat operations by loading and unloading castings into ovens and assisting with material movement throughout the department. This role involves working in a high-temperature environment, operating a forklift, and ensuring efficient handling of castings from raw to finished stages. The Oven Loader works under the direction of the Oven Operator and plays a key role in maintaining production flow and equipment upkeep.
