Job Title: Business Analysist - Salesforce Analytics Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid - 3 days in office per week) Applicants for this position must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa. We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy Salesforce Analytics Specialist to join our team. This role bridges the gap between data and decision-making, leveraging Salesforce data to drive strategic insights and operational improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design & Build: Develop and maintain datasets, lenses, dashboards, and recipes in Salesforce CRM Analytics to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across Salesforce and integrated systems.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and data requests from stakeholders.
  • Automation & Efficiency: Implement best practices for data refresh schedules, security predicates, and recipe optimizations.
  • Partner with Salesforce admins and developers to optimize data architecture and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM analytics (Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, objects, and relationships.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics, Tableau, and other BI platforms, with experience in SAQL, SQL.
  • Experience in creating and optimizing dataflows/recipes.
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to interpret data in a strategic context.
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant).
  • Background in business systems analysis or consulting.
