We are looking for a hands-on Security Engineer to join our IT & Security team. As our security advocate, you will report directly to the Global Director of IT and play a pivotal role in shaping our security landscape. Responsibilities
- Security Operations (SecOps): Manage our security tooling (EDR, SIEM, Vulnerability Management). You will be the one building the automations and playbooks that keep our environment secure.
- Compliance & Trust: Support our security compliance efforts (SOC2, ISO 27001). This includes gathering evidence, running security scans, and ensuring our technical controls are audit-ready.
- Incident Response: Lead the investigation and remediation of security events. You'll be the "first responder" for our security alerts.
- Collaboration: Act as the technical lead for security projects, partnering with IT and R&D to implement security best practices across the company
- Security-Engineering Integration: Partner with our Engineering teams to bake security into our CI/CD pipelines. Help define secure workflows for modern development,
- Cloud Security & Infrastructure: Act as the hands-on owner of our AWS security stack. Monitor and optimize security controls and identities.
- Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience: 2-3 years in a technical security role (Security Engineer / Security Specialist).
- Cloud Native: Experience securing AWS environments (IAM, etc.).
- Proactive Security Approach: Experience (or strong desire to learn) how to integrate security measures seamlessly into the software development lifecycle.
- Compliance: Familiarity with standard security frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001) - you understand why we do what we do.
