  • The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.

  • Ability to travel, including internationally, up to 25% of time.
  • The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Typically requires 8+ years of relevant experience in systems or applications engineering within industrial automation.
  • Degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Rockwell Automation products like Logix, Optix, etc.
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python, C++, C#, or Java
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
  • Design, train, and evaluate AI models and algorithms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solvin

Job Description Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to help shape the future of Trusted Content within the Artificial Intelligence and Autonomy function. In this role, you will work with software developers, product management, operating segment stakeholders, customer co-innovation teams, and the AI Center of Excellence to define, develop, and scale Trusted Content capabilities that improve customer outcomes across design, operations, and maintenance workflows. You combine strong systems and automation engineering experience with curiosity, collaboration, and execution discipline. You are an expert in Rockwell Automation technologies and applying Rockwell Automation products. You are comfortable working across ambiguity, contributing to Trusted Content methods and standards, and turning emerging ideas into repeatable solutions, proofs of concept, and scalable practices that support both internal teams and customer-facing innovation efforts. You will report to the Engineering Manager, Trusted Content Innovation.
