We are looking for an Experienced Service Delivery Manager to join Business Technology Services at Stora Enso starting as soon as possible. You will be joining Data & Network Services Tower Team focusing on Unified Communication and Telecommunication in general. You will be located in Ostrava, Czechia and report to Head of Data & Network Services. Purpose Service Delivery Manager ensures that all Unified Communication & telecommunication-related services are delivered efficiently, securely, and in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Services: Mobile Voices services & Mobile Data services Fixed Voice & Data Services Satellite data and Voice services SMS and messaging services Contact-center services Video broadcasting and event delivery ecosystem
