- Schedule Requirements:
- Ability to work both day and night shifts
- Overtime may be required based on operational needs

- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Forklift certification considered an asset
- Self‑motivated with the ability to perform duties according to established standards
- Effective communication with management and team leaders to meet production targets and escalate issues as needed
- Strong time‑management skills to maintain required production levels
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's licence and reliable personal vehicle required for commuting purposes.
