About the role
The Associate Material Prep is responsible for performing routine material preparation activities in support of manufacturing and assembly operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepares, stages, and kits materials, components, hardware, and tooling for production and assembly operations. Assists with maintaining set-up equipment. (25%) Maintains organized work area. Responsible for proper handling of Hazardous Waste and keeping work area clean and free of safety hazards. (25%) Masks, demasks, and cleans parts manually. (25%) Plates routine parts to blueprint using manual methods and completes all associated paperwork. (25%) Representative Qualifications: Ability to follow detailed instructions, procedures, and work orders. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials consistent with job requirements.
