  • Able, if required, to travel to customer sites in the same region (minimal out of region travel may also be required)
  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification
  • Professional qualifications in your area of expertise

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE BUSINESS: As a Workday Consultant with Recruitment and/or Benefits in Kainos, you will be responsible for supporting the successful specification, design and configuration of enterprise-scale Workday product solutions. This will be done by working with internal delivery teams to provide solutions that are fit for purpose and commercially viable. Understanding and translating customer requirements, as well as hands-on product configuration is essential for this role.
