Scope and responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain well-structured, user-friendly Workday reports and dashboards, primarily in the Workday Financials and exposure to HCM modules Apply best practices in report design, including layout, usability, performance, and data clarity Build reports based on documented business requirements and technical specifications Partner directly with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate reporting requirements Translate functional and business needs into effective Workday reporting designs and solutions Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all delivered reports Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for reports Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing reports for performance and usability Support reporting deliverables related to major initiatives (e.g., GL migration, financial transformations) Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams as needed Adhere to SDLC and change management processes Experience required Proven experience developing custom Workday reports and dashboards, with a strong focus on Workday Financials and exposure to Demonstrated report design experience, including: Translating business requirements into effective report layouts Designing reports for executive, operational, and analytical audiences Optimizing reports for usability, performance, and scalability Proficiency with Workday Report Writer (Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports) Strong understanding of financial data structures and accounting concepts Experience working directly with business stakeholders in an onshore or client-facing role Ability to clearly communicate technical and design concepts to non-technical audiences Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Personal attributes - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment - Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, design, and accuracy - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and sense of accountability Education BS/BA/MBA Workday Certified Equal Opportunity Employment Policy Oaktree is committed to diversity and to equal opportunity employment.
