Facilities Engineer [Manufacturing - West - Up to $4800] RRKC

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility and utility systems operate smoothly with minimal downtime
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Investigate equipment breakdowns and implement improvement actions
• Monitor facility and equipment performance to improve reliability and efficiency
• Support facility upgrading, equipment replacement, and energy-saving projects
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments on maintenance and project activities
• Assist in budget planning, cost tracking, and project management
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations
• Support audits, regulatory compliance, permits, and safety requirements
• Participate in continuous improvement and smart factory initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or related discipline
• 1-2 years of relevant engineering experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of facility maintenance, boiler operations, or fire safety will be an advantage
