Senior Interior Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end interior design projects (Residential / Commercial)
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through professionalism and trust
• Develop creative, functional, and high-quality design proposals
• Oversee project execution, timelines, and coordination with contractors
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth (for Principal role)
• Drive sales performance and project conversions
• Uphold U-Home's brand reputation and service standards
• Who We're Looking For
• Minimum 5-8 years of interior design experience (Senior / Principal level)
• Strong sales, presentation, and client management skills
• Proven track record in project delivery and customer satisfaction
• Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and inspire others
• Passionate, driven, and results-oriented
• Familiar with local renovation processes and regulations (HDB/Condo)
