Position Summary/Objective: Lead day‑to‑day warehouse operations for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods (FG) in a food‑manufacturing environment. Oversee inbound and outbound activities-timely receiving, dock‑to‑stock, put‑away, picking, staging, and shipping-while maintaining safety, GMP compliance, and high inventory accuracy in support of production schedules. Drive team performance using WMS/ERP (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel, publish KPIs, and deliver continuous improvement across space, flow, and service. 1 Primary Responsibilities: 1.1 Safety & Compliance Champion a safety‑first culture; conduct safety talks, incident investigations, and corrective actions. Ensure GMP/food safety and regulatory compliance; lead warehouse readiness for internal/external audits. Inbound, Outbound & FG Execution Plan and manage receiving, dock scheduling, dock‑to‑stock, put‑away, replenishment, picking, staging, and shipment of FG. Maintain flow discipline (segregation, labeling, traceability) and right‑first‑time quality at each step. Inventory Control & Traceability Own cycle counts and discrepancy reconciliation; sustain high inventory accuracy. Ensure accurate WMS/ERP transactions for RM/PK/FG movements and complete, auditable documentation. 1.2 Equipment & Licensing Oversee safe operation and maintenance of forklifts, reach trucks, and other MHE; verify operator certifications and training. 1.3 Data, KPI & Reporting Monitor/publish KPIs (e.g., inventory accuracy, pick accuracy, fill rate, dock‑to‑stock time, cycle‑count completion). Analyze trends and drive corrective actions; implement CI projects to improve service, quality, and cost. People Leadership Lead, coach, and develop associates; provide performance feedback and skills training on SOPs/equipment. Promote engagement, teamwork, and professional communication across shifts; ensure disciplined handovers. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with Production, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and Engineering to align priorities and remove bottlenecks.
