About the role

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous : Mettre à profit votre expertise pour résoudre des problèmes complexes et aider vos collègues à faire de même en leur transmettant vos connaissances en actuariat. Travailler de façon autonome sur des projets ambitieux et stratégiques dans divers domaines comme, entre autres, la tarification, la réassurance, la planification générale, la science des données et l'établissement de provisions adéquates. Favoriser le changement en améliorant nos processus de travail et en formulant d'importantes observations, conclusions et recommandations. Aider à orienter le travail de l'équipe et à établir les priorités, tout en encadrant les gens pour favoriser la réussite du groupe et de ses membres. Communiquer les conclusions de vos analyses aux parties prenantes appropriées et faire des recommandations dans les délais prescrits. Ce que vous mettrez à profit : Diplôme d'études universitaires ou toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience équivalente. Certification professionnelle en mathématiques, en actuariat, de préférence ACAS. Au moins trois ans d'expérience en actuariat (de préférence dans le secteur de l'assurance de dommages). Bonne connaissance des langages Python, VBA, R or SAS. Compétences souhaitées: adaptabilité, innovation, esprit d'analyse, prise de décision, pensée critique, bonne communication, planification et organisation, bon collaborateur.
