AS A TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Partner with hiring managers across the organization to further understand hiring needs Participate in the full life-cycle of recruiting, including: pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, onboarding documentation etc. Work closely with our recruiting and operations teams to develop a pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies Utilize both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in your market. Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events, college campuses, training institutes, job fairs etc. Implement recruiting ideas and strategies to contribute to the future growth of the company Maintain job posts and assist in the creation of standardized Job Descriptions Create and send out candidate offer letters with salary negotiations Coordinate with practice leads and the recruiting team to ensure regular follow-up with candidates and own the candidate experience to ensure it's always positive Always maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately Conduct necessary onboarding sessions with the new hires
