Job Description Europcar Australia is seeking a full time motivated Operations Support Coordinator to join our team at Tullamarine, Head Office on a 12 month maximum term contract. Reporting to the Operations Performance Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the Operations team to achieving performance objectives, KPIs and budget. Why join Europcar? Develop and implement operational policies and procedures as necessary. Maintain the Operations Manual for the business. Liaise with L&D to ensure communications and training needs are developed and remain consistent across the business. Work with HQ departments to ensure control mechanisms are in place and exception reporting is deployed regularly and exceptions actioned. Review station profitability and work with managers to increase contribution and profitability. Work with Operations Management to develop manpower, P&L and cap ex budgets. Liaise with Marketing to manage the Visual Identity program for stations. Work with stations to maximise return from ancillary equipment products. Liaise with Fleet operations to manage fleet deliveries and deletions to maximise utilisation. Work with Operations Managers to achieve revenue management targets and manage the reward program for counter agents. To be considered for this position you should possess: Minimum 2 years' customer service experience Cluster Manager experience is highly desirable Computer literacy, intermediate skills in Microsoft Office / Google Platform Strong customer service skills Analytical thinker with attention to detail Exceptional level of communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure to meet deadlines About Europcar Mobility Group Europcar Mobility Group is a global mobility player, with 75 years of mobility services expertise and a leading position in Europe.
