Lead Integrator

Responsibilities

• You'll operate at a senior level, engaging and influencing stakeholders across Business, Technology, Risk and Operations, bringing clarity to complex delivery landscapes and driving alignment across competing priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience leading large-scale, complex change delivery within financial services or a similarly regulated environment, with strong understanding of credit and lending journeys
• Proven expertise in dependency management, integrated planning and delivery orchestration across complex, multi-platform environments
• Ability to operate credibly across business and technology domains, with exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level
• Strong problem-solving capability, able to operate in ambiguity, bring structure to complex challenges, and drive delivery at pace
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, simplifying complexity and enabling clear, confident decision-making at senior levels
• Collaborative, outcome-focused approach, with experience working in team-of-teams environments, driving pace, continuous improvement, and balancing delivery with governance and control
