Requirements
- 5+ years' experience leading large-scale, complex change delivery within financial services or a similarly regulated environment, with strong understanding of credit and lending journeys
- Proven expertise in dependency management, integrated planning and delivery orchestration across complex, multi-platform environments
- Ability to operate credibly across business and technology domains, with exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level
- Strong problem-solving capability, able to operate in ambiguity, bring structure to complex challenges, and drive delivery at pace
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, simplifying complexity and enabling clear, confident decision-making at senior levels
- Collaborative, outcome-focused approach, with experience working in team-of-teams environments, driving pace, continuous improvement, and balancing delivery with governance and control
