As the Paid Media Specialist you will: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies: Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (paid social, PPC, display advertising, etc.) to meet acquisition, conversion, and ROI goals. Analyze data and optimize campaigns: Use analytical tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics. Collaborate with creative and content teams: Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets to improve campaign performance and user experience. Budget management: Manage budgets effectively across multiple campaigns and channels, optimizing spending to achieve desired outcomes while maintaining cost-efficiency. Stay updated with industry trends: Keep abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in performance marketing to implement innovative strategies and tactics. Reporting and insights: Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, highlighting key findings, performance trends, and recommendations for optimization. Professional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus. 2-3+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on user acquisition, conversion optimization, and ROI-driven campaigns. Expertise in Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads Manager, as well as analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite Products (Google Slides, Google Sheets, etc.) Hands on experience in managing monthly campaign budgets from $30k+ Client management and client-facing experience desirable Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to derive actionable insights. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and strategies. Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms are desirable.
