Background: You have completed your master's or diploma degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering or similar with above-average grades. Your focus is on topics such as lean production, quality management, automation, digitalization and artificial intelligence. You may already have a PhD or some professional experience. Experience and know-how: You have international experience of at least three months and have gained practical experience through relevant industrial internships, preferably in medium-sized companies or start-ups. You have a very good command of English and an excellent command of German.
