An excellent eye for detail, superb organisation skills, the ability to support and manage multiple priorities at the same time and to communicate effectively are a must. Appointment details: The post is graded at GRADE 7, the annual salary for which ranges from £43,981 to £52,586 (including London Allowance). This is a full-time permanent role. A key member of the office administration team who work together in a flexible manner to ensure that all key functions are covered. In addition, the role holder will be a first point of contact for a variety of staff, students, visitors, and team, and will apply their knowledge of UCL to respond to queries and support activities.
