About the role

We're building a brand-new Inside Sales SDR team in Serbia for the Ideals VDR product, and hiring multiple Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join us. Backed by a great product, supportive leadership, and a global go-to-market playbook, you'll focus on driving new customer adoption across the EMEA region - with a focus on M&A, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Legal, and Corporate Development, among other sectors where secure, high-stakes deal-making is critical. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via outreach and cold calls to accounts across EMEA
  • Research target persona dealmakers such as M&A advisors, CFOs, and legal teams to deliver an impactful initial contact
  • Book qualified product demos for Account Executives
  • Engage prospects consistently through CRM, building long-term rapport
  • Contribute insights that shape our sales and marketing strategies
  • Maintain accurate activity logs and prospect data in HubSpot
  • What you bring
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales with exposure to EMEA markets
  • Strong business communication skills in English - verbal and written
  • Professional objection-handling skills, building rapport, and passing gatekeepers
  • Tenacity, adaptability, and a hunger to grow fast
  • Fast learning ability and tech-savviness with CRMs and sales tools

Requirements

  • Previous work experience in the technological B2B SaaS industry
  • Familiarity with M&A, due diligence, or financial services workflows
  • Additional European languages, particularly German and French
