About the role
RMIT Vietnam is looking for a Social Media and Digital Marketing Officer to support our Postgraduate marketing initiatives, with a key focus on planning and producing engaging multimedia content across digital channels and campaigns to strengthen brand visibility, drive engagement, and increase consideration for our Postgraduate programs.
This position is offered as a 8-month contract and will be engaged through a third-party provider.

Understanding the higher education segment is preferred.Proven experience in social media management, including channel management, community engagement, and content creation, ideally within education, technology, or agency environmentsStrong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with familiarity in short-form video content format as a plus.Passionate for storytelling with the capacity to uncover meaningful takeaways and develop compelling content from everyday narrativesProfessional communication skills in English and Vietnamese, including the ability to draft content in English and produce polished content in VietnameseAble to translate creative ideas into clear creative briefs for creative time (including designer and video production team)Strong stakeholder and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlinesHOW TO APPLYTo be considered for this role, it is mandatory to submit both a resume and a cover letter.
