Responsibilities

  • Provide 24/7 standby support for Senior Management, activated only as necessary
  • Deliver comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management
  • Manage and optimize Senior Management's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries

  • Possess a valid driving licence
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent in any field of specialization
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and professional correspondence
  • Demonstrated good judgment, professionalism, diplomacy, discretion, and initiative in work
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
