Core Responsibilities: - Operate dish washing machine or hand wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans - Maintain preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition, empty trash and move to dump site, comply with local sanitation standards - Perform opening and closing procedures; contributes to overall cleanliness and organization of facility
