About the role
You'll be the quality gate for every UGC video that comes in from our subcontractors and agencies. Creatives are uploaded to Frame.io ; you review each one against brand guidelines, the creative brief, and ad-platform policy (Meta/TikTok/Google), then give clear, actionable feedback so quality stays high and keeps improving. You're the reason our ads ship on-brand, on-brief, and policy-safe - and the reason our agencies get sharper over time.
Responsibilities
- Review incoming UGC videos in Frame.io against brand, brief, and format/spec requirements (aspect ratios, durations, hooks, captions, CTAs)
- Check each ad against Meta / TikTok / Google ad policies to prevent rejections and account risk
- Leave precise, timestamped feedback for agencies and track revisions to sign-off
- Maintain a QA checklist + feedback log; spot recurring issues and turn them into clearer briefs
- Track turnaround and quality metrics; flag underperforming vendors
- Work closely with the Head of Creative and the paid-media team to keep the pipeline moving
- You're a fit if you
- Have 1-3+ yrs in video/content QA, creative ops, social/UGC production, or paid-social
- Have a sharp eye for detail - you catch off-brand colors, wrong logos, weak hooks, broken captions, spec mismatches
- Know (or can quickly learn) Meta/TikTok/Google ad policy fundamentals
- Are comfortable in Frame.io (or similar review tools) and giving written feedback that creators can act on
- Are organized, fast, and reliable under a high-volume pipeline
- Speak fluent English (our briefs and agencies are international); Polish is a plus
Requirements
- Hands-on with short-form editing (CapCut/Premiere) - enough to judge what's fixable
- Experience with performance/DTC creative and what makes an ad convert
- Familiarity with creative-ops dashboards / tracking
