About the role

We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven marketing leader to shape and accelerate our growth across ASEAN. As Head of Marketing & Herbicide Lead, you will drive regional marketing excellence while leading the performance and expansion of our herbicides portfolio. ASEAN Marketing Leadership - Define and execute regional marketing strategy aligned to business goals - Drive integrated campaigns to grow brand leadership and market share - Ensure strong, consistent brand positioning across ASEAN - Build scalable frameworks for product launches and demand generation - Partner with global teams to localize strategies for regional success - Manage budgets, agencies, and performance to maximize ROI Herbicides Portfolio Leadership - Own portfolio strategy including pricing, positioning, segmentation, and lifecycle management - Lead commercialization and launch of new innovations - Deliver revenue, profitability, and market share growth - Identify expansion opportunities across crops, segments, and markets - Develop data-driven go-to-market strategies tailored to local needs - Partner with country teams to drive execution excellence Strategic Launch Excellence - Establish best-in-class launch capabilities across ASEAN - Translate technical product strengths into compelling market value - Drive demand through field programs, channel engagement, and digital activation - Monitor competitive, regulatory, and market developments Cross-Functional Leadership - Act as a bridge across commercial, technical, regulatory, and supply teams - Influence stakeholders across global, regional, and country organizations - Coach and elevate marketing capabilities across ASEAN teams - Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing What Success Looks Like - Strong adoption of new product innovations - Growth in revenue, market share, and profitability - Consistent, high-impact marketing execution across ASEAN - Measurable return on marketing investments What You Bring - Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred) - 15+ years' experience inagrochemicals, crop protection or agriculture - Strong expertise in herbicides and portfolio marketing - Proven success in product launches and commercialization - Regional experience, preferably within ASEAN - Leadership experience in marketing or commercial roles Key Capabilities - Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen - Expertise in product marketing, branding, and go-to-market strategies - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills - Data-driven decision-making mindset - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
