Responsibilities

  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing strategies, and long-term service agreements while maintaining company profitability.
  • Mentor junior sales executives where applicable and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years in the maritime,offshore, marine equipment, ship management, or marine services industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and developing new business across regional or international markets.
  • Strong commercial negotiation, relationship management, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Willingness to travel locally and overseas, with an established network within the maritime industry considered a strong advantage.
