• Cloud & Platform Operations
• -Own platform reliability, scalability and operational efficiency.

• -Drive SRE and DevOps maturity.
• Product Partnership
• -Partner closely with Product leadership to ensure alignment between market priorities and engineering execution.

• -Partner with Information Security leadership to maintain enterprise-grade security and compliance standards.
• -Support customer audits and regulatory requirements.
• -Ensure secure software development practices across the engineering organization.

• Qualifications Required
• -15+ years of technology leadership experience.
• -5+ years leading engineering organizations at Director, VP Engineering, SVP Engineering or CTO level.
• -Experience scaling B2B SaaS products. Strong understanding of cloud-native platforms and modern engineering practices.
• -Experience leading multi-functional engineering organizations.
• -Proven track record improving engineering execution and operational performance.
• Preferred
• -Financial Services, FinTech, RegTech, AML or Fraud domain experience.
• -Experience with AI and machine learning product development.
• -AWS platform experience.
• -Experience operating globally distributed engineering teams.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Location: Singapore (preferred) / APAC Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer About Tookitaki Tookitaki is a global financial crime prevention platform helping banks, FinTech's, payment providers and regulated institutions detect and prevent financial crime through AI-powered Anti-Money Laundering and Fraud Prevention solutions. As we enter our next stage of growth, we are seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead technology execution, engineering excellence, platform scalability and AI innovation. The CTO will be responsible for transforming technology into a predictable, efficient and scalablegrowth engine. This role will focus on improving delivery predictability, optimizing cloud economics, strengthening platform reliability and accelerating AI-driven product innovation. Role Overview The CTO will lead the technology organization including Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure and Research. The successful candidate will build operational rigor across the technology function while ensuring that technology investments directly contribute to customer success, revenue growth and sustainable profitability. This is a business-facing executive leadership role requiring strong collaboration with Product, Customer Success, Sales, Operations and Executive Leadership.
