VP Sales EMEA, Buildings Segment

• Partner with CSO to map customer pathways and prescribe high impact engagement models. Define capability standards, competency frameworks, and assessment criteria for all roles in the segment. Set strategic account selection criteria and ensure EMEA wide consistency in process and execution.
• Value Proposition
• Refine and deliver a sharp, segment specific value proposition that articulates why C&I customers gain more with Eaton's offering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced and engineering degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience (direct and indirect)
• Proven impact inside a matrixed organization; ability to lead without authority
• Expertise in sales strategy, segmentation, and key account management
• Strong analytical rigor and diagnostic capability
• Deep commercial background in the C&I segment
• Strong commercial judgment and applied customer knowledge
• High coordination discipline across functions and geographies
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
• Sales management and presentation capability
