Responsibilities
- Supervise floor operations during assigned shifts, ensuring service standards, cleanliness and ambience are consistently met.
- Lead, brief and motivate the service team, allocating duties and managing station coverage during service.

Requirements

- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and scheduling/attendance tools (StaffAny experience an advantage).
- Valid SFA Food Safety certification preferred.
- Service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure and resolve issues calmly.
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
