Responsibilities
- Prepares project work & action plans, budgets, milestone schedules by providing analytical expertise, performance tracking and reporting and partnership support.

- Establish and maintaining positive internal and external stakeholder relationships including those with regulators.
- Present project information in various settings and to different audiences including internal team, leadership, regulatory agencies, and other external stakeholders.
- Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Business or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience required.
- Demonstrated understanding of utility operations and positive stakeholder interactions.
- Experience leading the implementation of complex analysis, projects, and initiatives.
- Highly developed quantitative skills as demonstrated with complex modeling; preference given to previous benefit/cost modeling experience.
- Experience in development of project business cases, benefit cost analysis, implementation, and action plans.
- Experience in tracking portfolio level project plans with well-defined scope, budgets, schedule milestones and performance against key metrics and indicators.

Position Information: Title: Lead Analyst - Non Wires Alternatives Location: Rochester, NY or Binghamton, NY Salary Range: $96,400 - $120,500 Schedule: On Site - Office Job Summary This position is responsible for the development, analysis, evaluation, measurement, and verification (EM&V) of clean energy solutions which are part of the Non-Wires Alternatives (NWA) and Non-Pipes Alternatives (NPA) portfolios at Avangrid's New York operating companies - NYSEG and RG&E. This position will work in New York to drive the success of NYSEG and RG&E's NWA/NPA program portfolios throughout the project lifecycle, from opportunity identification to contract execution and administration.
