Attain strong understanding of cross channel media strategy by working on diversified category & teams In this role, your goals will be: Develop and execute e-commerce and search marketing strategies to support business goals, including driving revenue, customer acquisition, and retention. Manage day-to-day operations of digital media performance campaigns, including paid search, PMax, onsite media, shopping ads, and affiliate marketing. Use data and performance insights to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and achieve KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS. Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to ensure alignment and support overall business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new tools in e-commerce and search marketing, and recommend opportunities for improvement. Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support campaign execution, optimization, and performance tracking. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement.
